Tomasz Rzymkowski is responsible in the ministry, among others, for issues related to pedagogical supervision, general education and cooperation with education superintendents.

Tomasz Rzymkowski was born in 1986 in Kutno. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2018, he obtained a doctorate in law on the basis of the dissertation "The system of the Republic of Poland in the light of the provisions of the constitutional law of April 23, 1935 against the background of systemic models of other countries".

A graduate of postgraduate studies: European Local Government Studies at the Catholic University of Lublin and Accounting of Agricultural Farms and Enterprises at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

He worked as a local government clerk in Lublin. He managed the Academic Club of Social and Political Thought "Vade Mecum" and collaborated with the KoLiber association.
He is the author of articles on legal and historical issues.

Member of Parliament in the 8th and 9th term of office. In the current term of office, he works in the Committee for Liaison with Poles Abroad, the Legislative Committee and the Regulations, Deputies' Affairs and Immunity Committee.
