Sulaiman Al Ali is the Chief Commercial Officer of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company P. J. S. C. (Yahsat). In this role, he leads Thuraya, Yahsat’s mobility business, and YahClick, it’s data solutions arm.  

Sulaiman drives the expansion of Yahsat’s commercial business by leveraging the combined strengths of its fixed and mobility technology platforms, services and capabilities to deliver greater value and innovation for customers across the globe.

Sulaiman joined Yahsat in 2014 as the Director of Yahsat Government Services – Commercial, responsible for delivering managed, end-to-end satcom solutions for government customers.  He has more than 19 years of experience, working in the regional and global telecommunications sectors across the UAE, Nigeria, Pakistan and Ivory Coast.

Sulaiman holds a BS in Communication Engineering from Khalifa University and a Masters in Management of Entrepreneurial Leadership from Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University. He also has an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School, France.
